See your progress
Here's the best part of Do Today: after those first few days of logging, the picture starts talking back to you.
Once you've captured a representative snapshot — food, water, movement, sleep and mood — Abraham has enough to read your patterns. This is the payoff. The logging was the diagnostic; the coaching is the product. You don't have to keep logging every meal forever to get here.
Three ways to see your progress
- Ask Abraham. In the chat, just say "how's my week looking?" He'll read your snapshot and summarise what stands out — where you're going well, and the one thing worth nudging first.
- Open Insights. Your patterns and a plain week-in-review live on the Insights screen — the trends Abraham is coaching from, laid out so you can see them too.
- Open your Diary. Your full logged history sits on the Diary screen. Scroll back through your days whenever you want the detail behind a pattern.
Abraham works from the ground up — steadying the foundations like sleep and nutrition before anything else — so the guidance meets you where you actually are, without judgement.
If something in your history looks off, you can fix it in the chat: tell Abraham "delete my last lunch" or "that coffee should've been a tea", and your Diary updates.
Good to know
- You don't need to log constantly. A solid few days gives Abraham plenty to coach from, with light check-ins after that.
- Insights and Diary reflect what you've logged, so the more honest the snapshot, the more useful the coaching.
- Abraham offers guidance, not diagnosis — he's your companion between appointments with your care team.
