By accessing or using Do Today, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Do Today is operated by Black Health Intelligence PTY LTD, an Australian company. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Description of service
Do Today is an AI-powered health diary and personal wellness companion. The service allows you to track nutrition, activity, medication, mental health, hydration, sleep, and other health-related data. AI-generated insights and suggestions are provided to support your wellness journey.
3. Medical disclaimer
Do Today is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated content is for informational and general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medications, or treatment plans. In a medical emergency, call 000 (Australia) or your local emergency number immediately.
4. User accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service on behalf of another person without their consent
6. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of Do Today (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Black Health Intelligence PTY LTD and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the health data and content you enter into the service.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of Do Today is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including sensitive health data.
8. Service availability
We endeavour to maintain the availability of Do Today but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Black Health Intelligence PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Do Today. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
