Workouts at home
Moving your body counts just as much as what you eat — and with Do Today you can do it all at home, with no gym or equipment needed.
Busy-day micro-moves (opt-in)
You do not need a full workout block every time. Abraham can nudge short moves that fit a real day — chair step-ups between tasks, desk push-ups, a walking pad under the desk — only if you ask him to, the same way water reminders work. Turn them on in profile → Movement micro-nudges, or tell Abraham. On Telegram, tap Done so he learns what actually works for you.
Home workouts, no gym needed
Do Today is built around home and calisthenics-style movement — bodyweight exercises you can do in the lounge room. Browse the exercise library to see what's on offer, read how each move works, and pick something that suits your day and your body.
When you're ready to move, the active-session screen guides you through it one exercise at a time, with a built-in rest timer so you know exactly when to start your next set. No counting in your head, no guessing.
Doing a workout
- Open the exercise library and choose a workout or a few moves.
- Start the session — the active-session screen walks you through each exercise in turn.
- Between sets, let the rest timer count you down, then keep going.
- Finish when you're done, and it's saved to your diary.
Logging a workout by chatting
You don't have to use the session screen at all. The easiest way is often just to tell Abraham what you did, the same way you'd message a friend:
- "Did 20 minutes of bodyweight exercises this morning"
- "Went for a half-hour walk"
- "Three rounds of squats, push-ups and lunges"
Abraham records it against your activity target — which is worked out from your own body stats — and folds it into the picture it's building of your week. Movement is one of the things you capture in those first few days, so Abraham can see how active you already are and coach from there.
Good to know
You don't need to log every workout forever. A few honest days is enough for Abraham to spot your patterns and nudge you gently from there. You can also log movement by chatting with Abraham on Telegram if that's where you happen to be.
